Northern Colours

Northern Colours was established in 1988 with the introduction of LOSTOCK  BLUE being the foundation sire on some broodmares the products being NORTHERN HULLABY BLUE followed by NORTHERN INSPIRATION. Our aim is to breed quality, big, free moving horses suitable for a variety of discipline. Priority being trainability and temperament. Northern Colours is a family non business operation priding ourselves of treating all visiting animals as our own being able to devote the time and conscientiousness we feel necessary to breed and produce the best!!

 In 2005 We were introduced to the world of miniatures with a piebald falabella stallion TINY TOM OF MALLARDS (owned by Sir Timothy and Lady King) We now have a small herd of top quality selected show horses ranging from yearlings to proven breeding stock. Mainly consisting of pure and part bred American bloodlines giving us the quality and movement that we have come to expect from their larger counterparts.

No anticlimax for Allstars International with yet another win at the HORSE OF THE YEAR SHOW with Sir Timothy & Lady Kings SCOTTS CREEK MY KEY TO FASHION winning the 3 year old & over Mare/Gelding section. The perfect finale to our miniature 2008 season
